All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Please note that in stock items will be delivered within 10 business days. Additional shipping time may be needed for items that are special ordered or shipped directly from the manufacturer. Occasionally, an item will go on backorder with the manufacturer. In that situation, you will be contacted and be given the option of a refund at that time or to wait for the item to come in.
Shipping costs are based on weight, destination and method. Delivery times will range from 1-7 business days, depending on your distance from Texas and shipping method. We reserve the right to use a different delivery service (such as Fed-Ex) for larger packages. Bulk items such as furniture may ship via freight depending on the size and weight of the piece. If this is the case, you will be notified of all tracking and delivery details.
You may select to send an item to an alternate shipping address for gift packages. We will gift wrap your package for no additional charge. You also have the option of “store pick-up” for no charge. This can apply to a registry gift if the recipient is a local Austin resident. In this situation, we will contact the registrant to let them know they have a gift at the store.
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
